My tiny two cents? If you want a red ball dahlia, skip all the others and just grow this one, especially for the price.
Ideal for the farmer-florist arsenal, because Cornel has you covered any time you need red. While many customers and florists request certain dahlias by name, I don't know that I've ever gotten a request for a specific red dahlia variety (I *do* get requests for 'Brown Sugar,' but they call it the rusty-coppery one😂). In my experience, when peeps want red, they just want red :) And this one is reliable, productive, holds in a vase, and is actually classic red❤️. Oh and a great tuber producer and not fussy in storage either, heck yeah!
