We adore a Coral Fountain moment in bridal bouquets! Easy to grow and versatile, amaranth boasts a rich history that spans over 6,000 years of cultivation. Its revival in both gardens and floral arrangements began during the Victorian era, where it captivated designers. Today, with modern varieties in elevated color palettes, amaranth remains a favorite in floral design.

How to Grow
Sow indoors 4–6 weeks before transplanting out. May also be direct sown after all danger of frost. Space closer for smaller stems or pinch to encourage branching.
Harvest & Vase Life
Fresh: Harvest when flowers are 1/2 to 3/4 open for fresh. Dried: Harvest when seed start to develop and heads feel firm. Remove all foliage. Stand up trailing varieties in a bucket to maintain draped appearance. Hang upright varieties upside down.
Expected vase life: 7–15 days.
