Cabbage 'Kalibos'
Brassica oleracea
This European heirloom, with it's unique conical shape, is almost too beautiful to eat, almost! But not enjoying it would be silly, because it's deliciously sweet and perfect for coleslaw. This variety has been passed down for generations because of its durability, taste, and good storage quality.
