Chive 'Staro'
Allium schoenoprasum
Staro is an open pollinated variety selected for a thicker leaf for freezing, drying, or fresh use. While the leaves are incredibly delicious in their own right, chives also have edible flowers in a soft lavender that make a pretty garnish or vibrant vinegar with a subtle, sweet onion flavor. Seed is certified organic.
Packet contains approximately 150 seeds.
