Feverfew 'Vegmo Single'
Tanacetum parthenium
Hands down one of my favorite flowers! Incredibly prolific and aesthetically, it has the sweetest vintage vibe. It has also become one of our most requested wedding flowers. I love this because I often choose flowers for their energetics as much as their beauty. I find that feverfew instantly lifts my mood. And it appears I'm not alone, as in symbolism, it’s said to mean, “you light up my life.”
Some are not fond of the scent, but I'm particularly drawn to it's herbal fragrance. It also has a long story of use in herbalism. From the Herbal Academy's Herbarium:
Given the popular focus of the last half-century, it is easy to pigeonhole feverfew as "the migraine herb." Despite an otherwise quieter presence in contemporary practice, the spectrum of feverfew's many applications—showcased by its multi-faceted history, in which it was once a primary ally for women's reproductive wellbeing, a key balancer of the nervous and digestive systems, a reliever of pain and discomfort of infections, an aid for respiratory difficulty, and a useful repellent—leaves the door open to new discoveries.
Packet contains approximately 75 seeds.
