Onion 'Evergreen'
Allium cepa
Onions and shallots are of the most wonderful aromatics you can grow for the kitchen garden! Our selection includes my favorite varieties, each with specific purposes:
Scallions are one of my favorite aromatics to have available and this is the most cold-hardy scallion available, so you can sow from early spring through early fall for harvest well into winter.
