Radish 'Pink Beauty'
Raphanus sativus
Everyone on the farm loves snacking on radishes! First photo: Bottom left is Pink Beauty and Top Right is French Breakfast (my two favorites and the only radishes I continue to grow year after year). These little gifts from nature are extremely easy to grow, cold hardy, fast to mature and pack a ton of nutrients. Especially wonderful for small spaces, you can squeeze in radishes just about anywhere!
Pink Beauty is my favorite round radish for eating, it's just purely bonus that it's a pretty pink. Extremely reliably, this variety always produces beautifully.
Packet contains approximately 150 seeds.

Harvest
Harvest promptly to avoid pithiness, beginning at about 3-4 weeks when roots are the size of a large marble. Bunch or top, immerse in cold water, dry and refrigerate. Topped radishes will keep 3–4 weeks in good, crisp condition if kept at 32°F, 95% humidity, in breathable packaging.
